Eligibility & Acceptance

Platform Role & Disclaimer

1. Go Expert IT Solutions acts only as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers.

2. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users.

3. All services are provided at users’ own risk.

User Responsibilities Sellers(Freelancers)

• Deliver services exactly as agreed with the buyer

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and timelines

• Do not misrepresent skills, experience, or qualifications

Buyers (Clients)

• Provide clear project requirements

• Make timely and lawful payments

• Do not misuse seller work, data, or intellectual property

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities(Strictly Enforced)

Users must NOT:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content

• Circumvent platform fees or payment systems

• Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform

• Share login credentials or impersonate others

Violation may result in permanent ban and legal action.

Payments, Fees & Taxes

1. Platform fees and commissions (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes, GST, or legal dues.

3. Any payment disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All platform content, branding, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Go Expert IT Solutions.

2. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

3. Ownership of project deliverables is governed only by buyer–seller agreement.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

1. Users must maintain confidentiality of project-related data.

2. Unauthorized sharing of sensitive information is strictly prohibited.

3. We implement security measures but do not guarantee absolute protection from cyber risks.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the absolute right, without notice, to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Remove content

• Block access
  for violations, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for financial loss, data loss, delays, disputes, or damages

• We provide the platform “as is” and “as available”

• We do not guarantee project success, income, or outcomes

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Expert IT Solutions from all claims, losses, damages, legal costs, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform

• Breach of these Terms

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

Modifications to Terms

1. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
